My name is Steph and I am– a certified Nutritional Therapist, Advanced Weight Loss Practitioner, Sports and Exercise Nutritionist and Personal Chef living in Lancaster, PA
My passion for healthy, delicious food has been a long and winding journey, from cooking for my family at a very young age, to commercial food photography, to nutritious food for my children who had multiple allergies, to healthy yummy food for weight loss and lastly cooking healthy gourmet food for many. Now combining my education, love of healthy tasty food with health and weight loss, I am helping people all over the world discover how easy it is to feel better and walking beside them to lose weight and begin a new lifestyle.
After my children were diagnosed with 25+ allergies from their immunizations, I became a stay at home homeschool mom and began to rediscover food. I saw them go from sickly, tired kids, who couldn’t sit still or concentrate, to healthy calm children, all from feeding them nutritious and delicious food that I prepared. Frustrated by what the doctors couldn’t help me with, I began a total mission to understand the effects of food on the body – in particular, how I could use food to heal their bodies and recover from the ill effects of the immunizations (and the lymes disease that we all had).
Through years of cooking I discovered that food is the key to good health,longevitity, and healthy weight. And it is easy and I would love to share everything that I have learned with you.

Nutritional Therapy is a practice designed to offer you the best in individualized, holistic nutrition and wellness counseling. Nutritional Therapy seeks out the cause of dysfunction within the body, and then seeks to restore balance to the body by addressing it as a whole.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I use a specialized method and order of assessment and instructions to help the body heal. No two people are exactly alike, so each person is looked at as an individual. This creates lasting results for great health and better energy, is long lasting, and will lessen or eliminate medication.
By using good nutrition and dietary plans, suggestions of supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations a carefully constructed plan is put into place that is tailored to you. We provide personal coaching and work alongside you as you implement the plan, and we continue to adjust and customize the plan as your needs change and you move closer to your ultimate health goals.

Many people don’t like the standard meal and workout plans so they would much rather have them work one on one with a trainer or a coach to create the perfect plan for themselves.
So by the end of your training and plan, we have confidence that you will be able to go out into the world with confidence that you can eat clean and stay fit and healthy on your own with the tools and knowledge we give you while you’re with us.
